What we did
We excavated in the customer’s flowerbed due to a poor pressure complaint since gardeners had been to plant the bush. We found the copper pipe to have been bent, therefore causing poor pressure and a pinhole forming in the pipe. We cut out the defective piece of pipe and renewed it, restoring full pressure to the property. We backfilled the excavation and reinstated the flowerbed.
